Don't sleep on the Wave Cooker rotation speed. It is so painfully slow without it. And if you have to run away from the rotation, it's just not hitting anything. Faster rotation means it can consistently do damage. Even if it's wide enough to hit half the screen, if that isn't the half it needs to target it's doing zero damage.

OMG... I totally forgot about the heal in the shop... been doing these Haz5 class masteries without it. I feel a bit dumb.

Class mod setup has been my absolute favorite of the patch. Something about small map with all the heavily concentrated worms// whip claws spawns is hype as hell. I think it helps getting all the xp.

When you hovered over CRSPR before you took it your other weapons showed like yellow diamond or star above them, the first weapon had 1, the wave cooker was 4 and the third weapon was 1. What do those mean?

Isn't gold/nitra from the hoarders a lot better than the upgrades in these runs? The cheaper shop means that you can just buy multiple blue or even purple instead of picking a single upgrade over that.

Is it possible to loot the same weapon you have equipped to have duplicates of said weapon with the weapon box? For example, dual lead bursters? If so, would all upgrades trigger on both instances?

Should have chosen the piercing bonus. Without it, your damage stop at the edge of the swarm. With it, you can have every bullet doing damage to enemies in its path, makes a huge difference in damage output.

Weapon box rolls a random weapon IN YOUR weapon pool. For example if you pick Projectile gunner, it will give you a random weapon in your entire projectile+gunner pool. if you pick a juggernaut, you can only get a random weapon from gunner default weapons.

41:50 Guessing that the way the hoarder is coded is to roll the type of upgrades first then the stat/quality. If true, that means it would have picked 3 weapon upgrades. But since you only had 1 weapon, and that weapon only had 2 stats, it only presented 2 options. Edit: lol, nvm you just explained exactly that.

So jelly. I had a really good PGL run going but at the very end I couldn't quite kill the bosses fast enough and then too many little guys started spawning and taking the grenade hits instead 😢
